No5 is Reading's young person's counselling centre, dedicated to providing free, confidential counselling and emotional support to anyone between the ages of 11-24.

With over 35 years experience, our trained staff and volunteers have helped thousands of young people deal with the complexity of their lives.

Our young people may come with a specific problem, a desire to learn a little more about themselves, or simply for someone to talk to.
