No 5 is governed by a management committee of 10 trustees. Trustees come from a wide variety of backgrounds, both counselling and non-counselling. All volunteer their time and experience.

Matt has been the treasurer of No 5 for a number of years and enjoys meeting the challenges that an organisation as complex as No 5 presents. His aim is to link the financial management within No 5 to the work done with young people. As part of the Executive Committee he works in the best interests of agency, ensuring that No 5 remains focussed on it's aim of supporting young people. Matt works in local government in Slough and lives in Reading.

Secretary: Katy Parkinson

Katy joined No 5 as a volunteer counsellor in September 2009, working towards UKCP accreditation as a psychotherapist. She works in the communications industry as a conference producer and is currently exploring equine guided learning, and the value working with horses can bring to young people in helping them transform their lives.
